These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services, products, quotations, installations, and interactions provided by EnergyPoint Plus Pty Ltd (“EnergyPoint Plus”, “we”, “us”, “our”).

1. Our Services
EnergyPoint Plus provides energy-related services including, but not limited to:
Residential & Commercial
- Solar photovoltaic (PV) system design and installation
- Battery energy storage systems (BESS)
- EV charger supply and installation coordination
- System upgrades, expansions, and variations
- Project coordination and compliance documentation
- Grid connection and network liaison
- Finance, rebate, and PPA facilitation (where applicable)
All services are provided subject to site conditions, regulatory approvals, technical feasibility, and final written agreement.
2. No Advice Disclaimer
Any information provided by EnergyPoint Plus (including website content, emails, consultations, or estimates) is general information only and does not constitute:
- Financial advice
- Legal advice
- Energy market or tariff advice
Customers should seek independent professional advice where required.
3. Enquiries, Quotes & Formation of Contract
- An enquiry or quotation does not constitute acceptance
- A binding contract is formed only when:
- A written quote is accepted; and
- Any required deposit is paid; and
- EnergyPoint Plus issues written confirmation
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend quotes prior to acceptance.

Quoted pricing is based on information available at the time of assessment.

- Roof, structure, switchboard, metering, or access issues are identified
- Network authority requirements change
- Compliance upgrades are required
- Client-requested changes occur
All variations will be communicated in writing and may impact price and timeline.
5. Commercial Projects – Additional Conditions
For commercial projects:
- Timelines are indicative only
- Project delivery may be staged
- Network, landlord, strata, or asset owner approvals may be required
- Delays caused by third parties are outside our control
EnergyPoint Plus is not responsible for business interruption, lost revenue, or operational impacts arising from delays.
6. Licensed Electrical Work
All electrical installation work is carried out by:
- Appropriately licensed electricians
- Accredited Solar Accreditation Australia (SAA) installers
- In compliance with Australian Standards, state and CEC regulations
EnergyPoint Plus may engage subcontractors where required.
7. Grid Connection, DNSP & Authority Delays
System approval and commissioning are subject to:
- DNSP (e.g. Energex, Ergon, Ausgrid, Endeavour) approval
- Metering provider scheduling
- Government and rebate processing
EnergyPoint Plus is not liable for delays or refusals caused by external authorities.
8. Customer Obligations
You must:
- Provide accurate and complete site information
- Ensure safe, clear, and lawful access
- Disclose asbestos, fragile roofs, or known hazards
- Obtain landlord, strata, or council approval where required
Failure to comply may result in delays, additional costs, or termination.
9. Installation Access & Safety
EnergyPoint Plus reserves the right to:
- Suspend or cancel works due to unsafe conditions
- Charge call-out or rescheduling fees
- Refuse installation if safety or compliance cannot be met
10. System Performance & Savings
All performance estimates, payback calculations, and energy savings:
- Are indicative only
- Depend on usage behaviour, tariffs, weather, and system operation
- Are not guaranteed
EnergyPoint Plus makes no warranty regarding financial return or savings.
11. Products & Manufacturer Warranties
- Product warranties are provided by manufacturers
- Warranty terms vary and are subject to manufacturer conditions
- EnergyPoint Plus is not responsible for manufacturer warranty decisions
We may assist with claims but do not guarantee outcomes.
12. Finance, Rebates & PPA Arrangements
Where finance, rebates, or PPA options are introduced:
- Approval is subject to third-party assessment
- Terms are governed by the third party
- EnergyPoint Plus is not liable for rejection, delays, or conditions imposed
13. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed:
- Deposits are required prior to commencement
- Final payment is due upon installation or commissioning
- Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs
EnergyPoint Plus may suspend services for non-payment.
14. Cancellation & Termination
EnergyPoint Plus may terminate services where:
- Safety or compliance risks arise
- Payment obligations are breached
- Misrepresentation occurs
- Continued works are commercially or technically unviable
Cancellation fees may apply to recover costs incurred.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- EnergyPoint Plus excludes all indirect or consequential loss
- We are not liable for loss of profit, revenue, data, or opportunity
- Total liability is limited to the value of services supplied
Nothing excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
16. Indemnity
You indemnify EnergyPoint Plus against claims arising from:
- Incorrect information provided
- Failure to obtain approvals
- Unsafe site conditions
- Breach of these Terms
17. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, branding, documents, and materials remain the property of EnergyPoint Plus and may not be reproduced without consent.
18. Privacy
Personal information is handled in accordance with Australian privacy legislation and our Privacy Policy.
19. Force Majeure
EnergyPoint Plus is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control, including:
- Weather events
- Supply chain disruptions
- Network outages
- Government actions
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia, and the courts of the relevant state or territory have exclusive jurisdiction.
